Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they live in your Apple ID settings, not in Parlet. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Parlet. From there you can switch between weekly and yearly, turn off auto-renew, or cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. This catches people out on every app on the App Store; cancel in Apple ID settings.
Restoring a purchase
New phone, or reinstalled Parlet, and your subscription looks gone? Open the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is attached to your Apple ID, so it will come back. If it doesn’t, email us — make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Refunds
Apple takes the payment, so Apple issues refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and pick the purchase. If Apple says no and you think that’s wrong, email us and we will help.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app — you never have to ask permission to leave. It removes your name and email within 30 days; the Privacy Policy has the detail. Note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: do that in your Apple ID settings first, or Apple will keep billing you for an account that is gone.
Common questions
Is there a free version?
No. Parlet is a paid app — weekly or yearly, no free tier and no free trial. We would rather say so here than have you find out after installing.
Is there an Android version, or a web version?
No. Parlet is iPhone only today. If that changes, this page will say so.
Does Parlet have audio or speaking practice?
No. There is no audio, no pronunciation playback, and no speaking exercises, and the app never asks for your microphone. Parlet teaches you to read and build Spanish and Italian through their shared patterns.
Do I have to learn both languages?
Yes — that is the whole idea. Every lesson ends with one English prompt and two answers, Spanish and Italian, scored together. Italian is never a bonus round.
